What to include

Identify the lookup type and exact identifier, explain your relationship to it and the requested action, and provide a safe reply address. We may request reasonable proof of identity, authority, or ownership before restricting a record. Do not upload identity documents through this form.

Urgent and legal requests

If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. Formal legal requests should be sent to the grievance email with sufficient authority and scope. We do not promise removal where a request is fraudulent, unverifiable, overbroad, or conflicts with law.
