Information we process

We process account ID, account email, display name and profile image supplied by the sign-in provider; authentication timestamps; credit balances, plans, redemption and transaction history; lookup tool, query, result status, lookup timestamp, IP address and device information; and information voluntarily submitted in a grievance.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide authentication and lookups, manage credits, prevent bots and abuse, enforce rate limits and blocks, troubleshoot failures, answer support requests, and process grievances or lawful requests.

Lookup-log retention

Lookup-history entries include the signed-in account ID and email, tool used, query, result status, lookup timestamp, IP address, and device information. They are retained for 180 days for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, dispute handling, and lawful requests. An automated cleanup runs daily at approximately 3:00 AM IST and removes entries older than 180 days, so an eligible entry may remain until the next scheduled run.

Access to lookup history is restricted to authorized administration. The 180-day cleanup does not cover account and sign-in records, credit balances and transaction history, grievance and takedown records, identifier blocks, ban and rate-limit records, or other security and infrastructure logs. Those records are retained for as long as needed for their stated purpose, dispute handling, security, and legal compliance.

Where applicable law requires longer retention of particular records, those records are retained for the legally required period and are not deleted by the lookup-history cleanup.

Third-party sources and sign-in

Your query is transmitted to the relevant independent lookup provider to return a result. Google or the email authentication provider processes sign-in data under its own terms. Do not submit an identifier unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell lookup queries or personal information to advertisers. Information may be disclosed to service providers needed to run the site, when required by a valid legal process, or to protect users, the service, or the public from abuse.

Security

We use authenticated access, server-side credits, rate limits, restricted admin access, account-linked audit logs, and identifier blocks. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion or restriction of information by using the Grievance & Takedown page. We may request reasonable evidence to prevent fraudulent removals and may retain limited records where law or security requires it.

Material updates to this policy will be published on this page with a revised date.
