Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to SnipeX OSINT and every search made through the service.

1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, signing in, buying or redeeming credits, or running a lookup, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and must comply with applicable law.
2. Service role
SnipeX OSINT is an automated search interface that sends user-supplied queries to independent third-party data sources. We do not create, own, verify, endorse, or maintain the records returned by those sources. Results are provided “as is” and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable.
3. Lawful and authorized use
You warrant that each search has a lawful purpose and that you have any consent, authority, or legal basis required to submit the identifier and use the response. Legitimate uses may include authorized cybersecurity work, fraud prevention, lawful research, and verification performed with permission. A lawful-use notice shown before an Owner Info or Vehicle search forms part of this responsibility.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the service for stalking, doxxing, harassment, threats, blackmail, extortion, fraud, identity theft, discrimination, unauthorized surveillance, unlawful profiling, credential attacks, commercial resale of results, or violation of privacy, data-protection, cybercrime, or other applicable laws. You must not bypass credits, access controls, blocks, rate limits, or technical safeguards.
5. Enforcement and audit records
Each lookup may be associated with the signed-in account ID and email, tool, query, result status, timestamp, IP address, and device information. We retain lookup audit records for 180 days for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, dispute handling, and valid lawful requests, subject to any longer period required by applicable law. We may restrict a search, suspend or terminate an account or IP address, preserve necessary evidence, or cooperate with a valid legal request when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated. Serious abuse may result in immediate action without notice or refund.
6. Credits and payments
Credits and plans are licenses to use the service, not stored money. Failed lookups may be refunded automatically where stated. Unless required by law, used credits, expired plans, abuse-related suspensions, and completed manual fulfilment are non-refundable.
7. Your responsibility and indemnity
You are solely responsible for identifiers submitted, decisions made, and any use or disclosure of results. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnipeX OSINT and its operator from claims, losses, penalties, and costs arising from your unlawful use or breach of these Terms.
8. No warranties; limited liability
The service is provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, legality, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnipeX OSINT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for actions taken in reliance on third-party data.
9. Indian law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will govern disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised date on this page. Your continued use of the service after the updated date takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
